Day 1

Okay so this is my before picture. March 28 2016. I'm 5'6 145 lbs. Over the next 6 weeks I'll be doing a cycle of a supposedly very potent prohormone. I probably won't post any pics til I'm done, but I'll keep posting my progress and any pros or cons I may encounter. Wish me luck

Muscle building workout

Tired of workout programs that only help lose weight instead of building muscle? Try this Build muscle now

Building muscle with prohormones vs steroids

I'm sure many people who read this have already tried creatine and protein powders and pills with little to no results. I know I have, and I can tell you right now that there are 2 ways to gain noticeable amounts of muscle in a short amount of time and both involve pumping iron. The first is to be blessed with the endomorph body type (easily gaining or losing weight by choice). The other is with supplements I.e. prohormones or steroids. If you are like me and find it nearly impossible to gain weight in spite of heavy lifting, changing up your workouts, and consuming as many calories as possible, then supplements are typically the way to go. When I was 21 I weighed 118 lbs. I worked out almost every day and ate so much that my wife said it made her sick. So I took the leap and jumped into the world of prohormones. For those who don't know the difference between prohormones and steroids, it's like this. With steroids you are basically injecting straight testosterone into your body. Prohormones are a precursor that converts to testosterone once absorbed and broken down by your digestive tract. I've tried several different types and had varied results. Basically some worked and some didn't.
I'm about to start a new cycle and for those who are interested, I'll be posting my progress. I'll start Monday March 28th. It's a 6 week cycle and the company claims that the user can gain up to 20 lbs in 3 weeks. I'm extremely skeptical but I'll post before and after pictures and weight changes.
